I'm seeing a lot of people with a lack of self-confidence and this is a simple way make you feel better about yourself while in the middle of a pick up or date. It's a simple NLP trick and you're going to anchor it to yourself.
It can help everytime you get AA, fear of rejection on a K-close or escalating kino or f-closing. Or just simply recovering from a harsh insult from a girl.
On a daily basis take about 15 minutes out of your life and just think about all the compliments you got, the awesome sex you had, the successful pick-ups, the k-closes, and the girls in your life that you had.
Now go beneath that. Think about the feeling of success, being on top, the power of having leadership, the surge of confidence you had after all these things and how you felt like you were the shit. The only man on the planet. The feeling of being a man.
While meditating on these thoughts and feelings, grab your left wrist with your right hand. This is going to anchor the feelings that you meditated upon everytime you grab your wrist with your right hand.
Now stop meditating about it and let go of your wrist. Now grab your wrist again and think the same thoughts again. Throughout the day keep doing this wherever it may be. It's an easy excersise that keeps you thinking about the positive things about yourself with a simple anchoring technique.
Now everytime your're feeling insecure, grab your left wrist with your right hand and let the feeling of confidence come back too you.
Best of luck in the field boys. _________________ I'm addicted to facing my fears.

I use an almost identical technique with myself and have trained several of my student and former students to do the same.
Positive and repetitive anchoring is a very powerful psychological tool.

It's a great way to anchor the feelings, and great for that extra confidence boost in the field.
