Ive looked at many websites for male fasion, looked at models, but where can I learn to dress like the hot men we see in commericals? If you got the news letter from pualife there is a part from ollie. The guy he shows is what I mean by hot.

Here is the link.

Ollie's a cool guy, I met him in person and he helped me to pick out certain things. I would say the best thing to do is look around and copy some of the looks you see around to see if they look good on you. Pick up a copy of GQ magazine which always has cool and sophisticated looks. It all depends on your personality, but I would check out the magazine first.

Standard outfit for a guy should be a t-shirt that fits, some shoes that aren't tennis shoes, and jeans that fit.

What I mean by fit isn't the standard baggy Levi jeans that guys wear around now, nor do I mean the painted on jeans that skate boarders wear. They should be straight cut jeans that cost at least $60, do NOT wear the standard washed out, light blue Levis that most guys like. Levi sells "raw" denim which is unwashed and is a very dark blue, look for these. If your jean legs flap against each other when you walk it's too big. A good rule is take the size you wear now, take it down by 3 and try that on.

By t-shirt I don't mean shirts with stupid sarcastic phrases on them or funny images. In fact, steer away from shirts with any graphic on them, most of them look silly. Buy plain colored t-shirts from American Apparel. If the 'T' shaped seam on your shirt goes past your should blade, it's too big. If when standing the shirt billows out past your hips, it's too big. Shirts from Walmart are cheap and don't fit your average guy well. Pay the extra price for AA, use their sizing guide on their site. No matter what size you are a shirt should hug your body, not skin tight, but enough to show your features.

Shoes that aren't tennis shoes. Standard example are Chucks (Chuck Taylor's, aka All-Stars). Everyone wears these. They give you a youthful look and are very distinct shoes that can be good for day game peacocking. If you're wearing them with shorts, wear white socks with cut off ankles, not tube socks. Don't wear tennis shoes unless you're about to go jogging or something.

Most guys have no clue how to dress themselves. They wear generic, sky blue thrift store jeans, baggy t-shirts and $30 New Balances. Just by dressing yourself in clothes that fit you'll be peacocked in a day game scenario. Throw in a cool accessory like a distinctive watch and you're good to go.

just go to the mall, shop at the buckle, american eagle or hollister. chicks dig hollister cologne. however this may be just for high school.

either way, look at what cool people wear.

I learn fashion the best from in field observation. The next time you're out in the field observe and note what the best dressed people wear. You should be able to find their stuff at the mall easy enough. Now to stay ahead on the trends magazine of course help. You also don't want to dress exactly like everyone else in a club. I find the easiest way to peacock is to wear a tight outfit that doesn't blend in with the scene. For example, at campus bar with a lot of preppy dressed guys, I'll wear something more grungy or emo. At a concert or bar I may wear something more sporty.

Seriously does fashion really make a difference? I personally don't add any to my confidence/ego no matter what i'm wearing so i don't think it effects my inner game. I just like shorts and a T-shirt....i got muscle so i can't help but have the short somewhat tight but that may be the only peacocking i do....well and gauged ears.

Going to a bar....i've worn like...camo pants and a "tighter" led zepplin shirt/ac/dc shirt......never anything fancy with neckties, weird collars, sparkly shit.

Do you think if consciously/subconsciously wearing simply jeans and a t-shirt doesn't make me feel/think "wow i look like shit" or ANY negative though....then would it matter? I figure inner game is key component and anything external can't compare to having straight up confidence.

True or false in your opinion?

There are only a few rights and wrongs when dealing with fashion. If it works for you to dress comfortably rather than flashy...do it. Nuff said.

Fashion I'm no guru at but I do have my own ideas about how to dress. I base my clothing on what I want to say about myself.
