Yeh notes can help you remember the key points, also some PUAs recommend taking a cheat sheet into the field so if you do forget what to say, you just take it out your pocket, read a line that will remind you. Then just say 'That reminds me ' and carry on. Its sometimes more succesful than just saying it.

Nah I'd feel that'd look fake, and you'd probably be called on it.

I have alittle black notebook which I carry with me, and at the end of the sarge I'll note things I need to think about and improve, things that have improved, things that I am doing well etc.

We all learn in different ways. I find I learn well by writing things down, it helps me to embed them in my memory, find the way that is helpful to you.

It can look fake but its all about the delivery , Mystery originally suggested it and needs to be done while being in control and not trying to hide the fact you are getting a piece of paper out your pocket.

I have the feeling that during day game, alot of girls giggle, becuase the approach is out of the blue, sometimes phrases like "you can't be real" or " are you part of a joke is their camera's here?" if you met a girl in that mindset of "this is unbelievable it must be fake" then their is a high chance that she'll call you on reading from a script or at least want to see what is on the sheet of paper.

But hey if you're frame control is strong it could work, but if your frame control is strong, why do you need a sheet?
