I've been to the club 24 London to sarge. Very pretentious, "good looking" girls as in plastic tits and bleeched hair and super superficial and unapproachable (eventhough I talked to a lot of them). Their looks is all they have, there is nothing behind it. All they do is get themselves listed on londonparties.c*.uk to get free drinks in the vip corner (we've been on londonparties guestlist) and that's about it.

It was a very disillusioning experience and the girls are certainly everything BUT classy (for me class comes not from looks but more from intelligence and education which was lacking pretty badly heh). That's my excuse for getting blown out there. I got answers like: "I don't come to clubs to talk" ..

But certainly worth the experience. Would be interested what you think of them. I might even be up for it again to check if it was just that night or if it's always the case.

Yeah I was thinking that might be the case. For all the so-called high-end places that I've been (probably Cafe de Paris was the most recent although I don't know if that is particularly high-end) they are all essentially full of wag wannabes with bitch shields to the max, and a fair few of them aren't that hot. Having said that, I've never been to China White so don't want to judge it before I've actually been there.

So I still feel like having a look even if it is just to confirm my doubts

Oh, why can't all the hot, down to earth women just go out to one bar and send me an invite!

Oh yeah, Kensington Roof Gardens might be somewhere else to go - I've had someone recommend that in the past.

And also the bars around Farringdon / Clerkenwell which are essentially like an outpost of Shoreditch might be worth investigating as well. I've had a few good nights in Dust in the past!

im off to london later karoke box in soho at 10 but am around b4 .. wanna watch footy though ... and after .. people give us a shout if your up for sarging

hope the football is not spoiling the evening(s!) .. as karlostm described,and I noticed myself that the city seemed quite empty in the evenings..

Another poor Fri night, a major venue empty for the second week in a row. Is it just bad luck or are Saturdays much better than Fridays? Does anyone else have anything to say on this issue? I did hear a guy once say this is the case as girls have to go home after work, get changed, put on their makeup so they can't be bothered to go out again.

anyone want to go out for a while tomorrow (wed?) either default locations (ie porterhouse or maybe up tottenham ct. road for a change? lots of pubs in the area b/c of the universities...although since it's the summer it's hard to say what the scene would be like. lots of grad students around tho (which i like)

euro 2008 has totally ruined my social life! i haven't been out for ages, but want to get back on it now. i should be free this saturday if anyone's up for it? reply on this thread or pm me or let me know via carrier pigeon.

All quiet on the London front recently. I'm back from Cyprus but wedded to Euro 2008 now, dammit, it's beaten me, I admit! But up for going out Fri / Sat so let me know if you guys are too.

The mystery method is my Bible and I want to master the Attraction phase.
