So I am in about 2/3 through the mystery method and have been a lurker on this forum for a while. I just started posting about a week ago. I have a terrible case of AA that I must get over

I go to a major University with 25,000 undergrads. There are women everywhere, but it's not that easy. My AA with these women is due to several reasons.
1. I am new to this University and know no one.
2. I don't live on campus, I live about 30 minutes away.
3. I am older, 25, than most of the kids that go there.
4. I have never dated above a HB7.5
5. I get extreme anxiety upon opening one sets, two or more is impossible.
6. I like to have fun but, I don't drink or party.

What I have going for me.
1. Am decent looking. I'd rate myself an 7-8
2. Humorous and can hold a great conversation.
3. Can open anyone most people that are not extremely good looking.
4. Have good body language.
5. Once I'm in, I'm in. Never had a problem after I get to A2.

This thread is for me to try out different approaches (openers) and report back on them. This is to break free of this AAitis. I have seen another post like this very recently. Also when I do not approach for a day I want everyone to give me hell. Only through insult will I learn. I want to try as many different approaches as possible so if you have an idea let me know and I might do it (nothing that will get me arrested). My quest starts on Monday June 9th.

P.S. I have been online sarging and have had great success. I know exactly what to say when I have time. I've got to learn to think on my head.

I would reccomend walking outside and ask every single person direction..
"excused me..how do you get to.... "

it will make you more social allowing approaching just about anyone to say hello easy..weather it is an HB or a friend or a random street person

I finally opened two sets yesterday, thank God. I hope I can keep this confidence up.

Approach 1: Hot older latino chick riding the escalator. Me: "I like your perfume, what is it?" HB-Blushes "Thank you, it's est day lauder" I ejected because it was my first open in a long time.

Approach 2: HB6-Girl I've seen around school "Hey were you at the gym yesterday? I work there, I'm thinking of quitting." Her "Yeah I work at the University Center, you get really bored there". She was nervous as hell cause I mentioned seeing her the day before and we don't even know each other, might have been a bad move. Maybe she thought I was stalking her. HA.

It's a start.

The way I see it is you can either laugh about your failures or cry about them. Personally, I don't believe in crying over spilled milk. Just laugh, learn from it, and move on.

Solid advice Complex. And I'm glad you opened some sets jonasstone. Doesn't it feel awesome to do something totally unexpected?
