Hey what's up guys? I don't get this mindset i fall into.....after an entire college year of paying attention to social dynamics....exercising varies "techniques" ....been in a lot of different situations, etc.

Then i'll suddenly fall into a mindset of "starting from zero again". Where the act of talking to a new girl will "feel" like something FOREIGN and therefore needs careful consideration, aka. there's no steady belief in myself.

Even after successes....and i visualize and remind myself of these past events of which i performed BEAUTIFULLY, i may sink into a relapse of "being a noob at this".

Anyone know what i mean? I've always prided myself on being logical/rational and this obviously makes NO sense, so i wonder how i can fall into such a mindset and find it difficult to snap myself out of it. Any insight would be much appreciated....it's very discouraging.

Yea, it's your mind fucking with you, lol. I guess it would happen especially after things aren't going too well.

I'd presume your innergame is just not there yet. But keep in mind that a bit of doubt is normal for all of us, and we just have to accept the fact and move on. The Key is not letting it affect us. Go pick up a chick - you'll feel like a King.
