Try this:

"Hey, I heard you're transferring to another _insert where you work here_. That's great. Look, you're a mature person and I'm a mature person. So why don't we just cut all the bullshit and do what we really want to do." Then, and this next step is CRUCIAL! Stare her directly in the eyes and while doing that SMILE without using your eyes. Grab her by the arm tightly and say in a strong tone(while still smiling without your eyes) "GIVE ME YOUR NUMBER!"

LMFAO ... that sounds like something Mike Tyson would say

i would suggest some small talk when you see her and while ur at the peak ... both of you laughing say "man i'm going to miss talking to you and we never got a chance to hang out, sucks ... ::uncomfortable silence::"

she should vouch for her number or give you an oppurtunity to ask for the number ... hope that helps
