So I work in a building with computers rows
there is a team on each row and basically each team keeps to their self.

this new girl sits about 5 rows down and we rarely cross paths

my only chance is when she is walking past our row on a mission to get something and return quickly

anyways on tuesdays we get to clock out together (this is my best chance)

there is one clock out machine and usually a line.

We play video games for a living and deal with idiots all day if that gives any special twist to a approach

to my men who got good ideas, put em here! =D

Go up to the girl and say "Hey, I noticed you're new here and you look like you're friendly, thought I'd introduce myself. I'm ***, how's it going?"

Chat for a few mins, say, "Hey, I gotta get back to work, what's the best way to get in touch with you?" or "Hey, I gotta get back to work, let's get a coffee later so I can tell you the best way to deal with the bosses mood swings and the dark secrets of fiddling the expense forms...!"

Get her number, email, IM or whatever, and then do a bit of attraction work!

are other co workers hitting on her/trying to get with her? if so watch what they are doing and be different. thats how i recently got w/a co-worker. i think i have a bit more face to face time at work than you seem to. introduce yourself let her know you are available/single but then dont show much interest in it. thats what i did at least, and when i suggested hanging out she jumped right on the chance

You gotta start somewhere, so close your eyes, imagine how you'd look, sound and feel saying those lines, see her positive reaction, and then do it.

Don't worry if it fails, it'll be a learning experience.

Oh, and then go and approach ten other women.

If I were you, I would look for an opportunity to open to at least a 3 set that she's in, like a lunch or water-cooler situation. Something like the maury povich secret admirers routine. Address the guys, and neg properly when she chimes in. Go from there.
