She wants to be cracked, but she doesn't feel anybody that's come up to her is of value enough to be with her. That's your job as a PUA to put your value to equal or higher than hers. You do that through humor, DHV stories, and displaying confidence. Escalate the kino. Start small by playing thumb war or palm reading. One more thing. Who cares about "this girl." She isn't special or some unique snowflake, it's her privilege to have the right to go out with you.
