I'm planning on going to the beach a bunch this summer with my buddy and i was wondering if anyone had any openers that work.

The one i thought of is (we both play lacrosse) and he would throw the ball near a girl who is either tanning or walking and i would go get it and say "sorry." to get there attention and then say "wow you look exactly like my friend xxxxx" ill then talk a little bit and call my friend over and be like "doesnt she look exactly like xxxxx?"

can anyone help out?

Sorry, but I don't like it. It's very 'american pie' cheesy. Plus, girls enjoy relaxing and baking in the sun. What they DON'T want is people trying to talk to them. I think it'd be much better talking to girls that are either swimming, walking, or doing something, rather than sunbaking.

Honestly, the best way at the beach is probably to get an umbrella, 2 lawn chairs, a cooler full of a beer and a portable radio.
Set up and look like you are the shit.

This way, most of the girls will at least notice you, that will build you social value at the beach before you approach.

After awhile, i would approach more active ones that seem to be eyeing you, approach them with bar openers,

"hey, i need a female opinion on something>"

And go from there

That will work like magic.

So I'm fortunate enough to live very close to a beach. so there was a group of 4 or 5 i can't remember the exact count of girls there rankin from a 7-8 btw i'm very selective who i rank a 9-10 but anywho so my friend and i played a lil bit of frisbee near them makin it seem like a alot of fun. I played a few songs on the guitar while my friend sang, this makes the beach yours. So I got in the water for a bit and my friend walked to the car in the picnic area and so i get out and i go up to the girls sayin my friend took off with everything and i was wonderin if i could borrow there towel real quick. and to my surprise they said.....NO! so i teased them about how they are already tan enough and it's funny how they come to the beach just to lay down there, everything i said was in a half way jokin manner so i guess they liked it. than one girl gave me her towel and i used a time contraint sayin i had to meet back up with my friend soon. and that i got o that beach all the time and we should meet up another time. i left with all there myspaces and two of the girls numbers. it can be simple as that.

but remember the beach is somewhere you have alot of competiton so there is no room to be shy in which i actually was that day and you can't go there lookin outta shape. it's a lifestyle here, you gotta have the mind, body, and spirit of a PUA

down here at the beach theres the boardwalk and theres only 1 reason people goto the boardwalk bars at night. to meet people.

pickup lines that work for me on said board walk:
*make eye contact and hold it, observe if their head moves as you walk* simply say "whats up?" had a few girls turn all the way around cutting off their friend trying to talk to them and say "HI!" with a huge smile

another one that worked alot less but worked none the less is be with a couple friends who are clearly more drunk than you, have a smile on your face but be slightly annoyed with one of them(easy for me cause i get annoyed by a friend of mine when hes drunk) and say "wooh! alcohol!" in a slightly sarcastic yet pumped voice

also. the choice of alcohol and the amount of it is key. my friends and i discovered an 18 rack of bud lite is the perfect one. 6 pack says alcoholic, 30 rack says trying to hard and about 90% of the population will drink bud lite if someone has it

i like it go for it and see if it works but i would really go for the girls that are walking because if they are walking they are bored and they really don't have any else to do. makes it the perfect time to talk to them because even if they dont like you in a first look it doesnt matter they have nothing else to do.
