Hey,

I'm Dougie/Douglas/D-Unit and i'm a neurotic 15 year old who has never had the courage to ask a girl out, and has, as of today, the 25th of May 2008, never ever been kissed.

It's not as if I'm ugly or anything, it's just that when I start talking to girls, I go all red for some reason, avoid eye contact and start mumbling crazily.

I would really appreciate any help of any description. I'm almost finished The Game, so I'm trying to implement some of the ideas into everyday life.

Djw1992 I know and feel exactly what you are going through; I definitley remember being a 16 year old struggling with confidence issues myself; when I started out learning pick-up I was a kid in high school who is too afraid to even ask an attractive girl when my history project was due because I was afraid she would think I was hitting on her. And even when I began I couldn't maintain eye contact or keep myself congruent to save my life.

I have a very strong knowledge of hypnosis, NLP and psychology and have utilized techniques which have never been used in pick-up before to help people go back and re-visit past issues and relase them. Everytime you talk to an attractive woman, your brain accesses the emotions associated with your past memories of failiure with women and causes you to experience them in the present. You go back and find the beliefs in your mind from your past that set your confidence issues and once you bring them up from your unconcious mind and become conciously aware of them you can remove them and imput new beliefs that you can and do deserve to be confident and successful.

haha I remember being 15.. if only I can go back in time..

When I was 15 - 16 I use to be shy, but what made it easy for me was I knew all the girls that liked me and I knew they liked me coz there friends would tell me which made it easy for me . but now being older the ball game is totally different, here are some tips ill give you.

1. Dont be shy, approach girls and talk about anything. build your confidence up!
2. If you get shot down, dont walk away saying "this is a waste of time" stop, think, and learn from your mistakes!
3. Rejection is always there, ive been rejected and im sure even the best PUA's have been rejected aswell.
4. This is what builds my confidence up heaps and allows me to chat to every1 (just think you will NEVER see them again so if you make a fool of yourself, who cares, go to another place and start again!
5. Dont try to hard, just go with the flow, girls love it if a guy can hold a convo without mentioning her boobs, ass or anything to do with her body, try to look at her face when u talk rather then her boobs even if they are hot .

being your age you should be able to pick up chicks in no time, just be the different person and start chatting away!!

Best way to start learning would be to find a average girl and start from there, dont go for the hot ones straight away, the best ones to practice on and build your confident up would be to practice practice and more practice, once you get the hang of the game then you can approach hot girls and close them
