Hey there brothers, I need your help. I live in some dorms up on an airforce base. It's like college, just not as crazy. See the problem is my friends neighbor..not suite mate, but like down the hall next door neighbor is a hb8, but my friend has never talked to her and neither have I...today was the first time i even ever saw her. We dont work together or ever see eachother et ths girl lives so close. I heard she likes to cook alot but like i said Ive never seen or SPAM her before, and its not like my room mate can cause he has never talked to her and he has a girl...but my ? is how should I go about this? I cant just walk down the hallway all the way to her room and ask to borrow some sugar or something.....but help me my pua buddies woe this girl..LOL ok ok im getting corny now thanks guys!

Omg thought so, you remind me of my cool geeky friend i used to have, she was a awesome cook! so anyway....... why are we standing here, come cook me pancakes, gawd! some people.. can you believe it...."

Make sure you are cooking pancakes dude LOL
Than she can help you cook or whatever, you can DHV and than build rapport.
