what are you doin when she is givin gyou ioi's? if ur jus stood doing nothin then why would she be interested? if ur runnin game then fair play, she may jus like the attention ur giving her, so try a bit more cat string and tease her abit more... that should get her attention again 8)

Right moment is when you choose to. I mean, if she's cranky all day than don't go for it, but its only up to you when will you choose the right moment. And if the girl is younger, then it may be this puberty thing still going, because it surely changes moods a lot.

well i have attempted to get to go with her somewere ...and she like gave maybe the maybe shit ...so i dont know what to do....so i felt awkward an stoped talking to her and she gave me attention.
