I was wondering about this, as I used to read it before I read the game. His name is something like Doc Love isn't it?

Has anybody bought the book he sells? It apparantly has some weird advice like insisting you get a home phone number instead of a mobile/cell phone.

AskMen has a lot of commonsense type articles. I wanted to write for them so I could beef up their level of information...and yet, I haven't heard back. They buy articles from "Joes" for $50 though so I imagine they are looking to feed uneducated people. Hey, I could be wrong, so if you are out there AskMen, write me back.

Doc Love huh?

He just goes by "player" on askmen.com

Common sense articles? I dont know if that is the right word. He has articles on every which type of scenario. How to score a cop, teacher. How to score on a plane or at a wedding. How to score at a sausage fest.

maybe to you its common sense but I personally dont know how to pickup a cop chick without first reading what "player" has to say

I like his writing a lot and you can tell he comes from a much more natural approach rather than the calculated mystery method.

i encourage people to check it out

Sorry, my post was too broad, it was about AskMen in general not of the writer specifically. My bad. I haven't read any of his works to speak of.

Well I read two and I've about made up my mind unless there is some diamond tips on the inside (pay-up). Nothing I read really 'blew me away'. Some decent starting ideas, but I need more umf. Like you say, there's not a whole lot of pull to subscribe.

askmen.com has got decent information for you to get started out. In fact reading numerous David Deangelo articles on askmen.com probably got me into the whole gaming thing!
