ok i go to highschool, and as you can see, being the leader/alpha male of my social group will dramatically help me with girls. Even if it doesnt help with girls i'd like to achieve this goal. Ok, so during lunch, my friends and i are usually in a circle standing jus talkin in some area of the school, i'd like to be the male that all the attention is towards *positive attention* and everybody wants to talk to that person kinda male. Right now if im in a circle and my friend is talking, theyre usually talking to my other friend about whatever, and im just watching. basically, in a nutshell, how would i become the leader of my social group of friends, the alpha male, the dominant guy? thats my MAIN question.

I'm not an expert on this item but I know a couple of things from my own experience that will help you change rapidly:

- Have a great body language. Lean back, stand firm, hold your chest and head high (don't overdo the head, it will come over as arrogant)
- Be the center of your own life. Don't just follow your friends just so you make them happy. If your suggesting something and no one follows, why not do it by yourself?

Oh and remember that when you're becoming more alpha people WILL get frustrated. Because you're growing in the social ladder. Don't keep that from becoming more alpha, but you don't wanna alienate your friends.

I can completely relate to what your saying as well. I can remember my cold dark days in high school - I would be sitting at a table with one of my friends and another guy and everytime I started to say something (weakly) the girls eyes would jump to me for a moment then as the other guy would cut me off she would act as if I never even spoke.

Female attraction to the alpha male is as embedded in they psychology as our attraction to women with a pretty face or large breasts. Women can't help it and are naturally attracted to it - it is in their blood. They want a man who is going to go after them and be confident about it. However there is a misconception that an Alpha Male is a man who is totally full of himself and his machismo - that's just arrogance.

Some general traits of alpha males are that they are:

* Confident at all times and in all situations, regardless of what happens
* Knows he is desired, but does not need to prove it to those around him
* Is viewed as an "authority" in all situations
* Takes initiative and leads people
* Provide exciting, interesting experiences for women
* Takes up space
* Always looks comfortable

Being an alpha male - on the simplest level - means that you live your life for you. You are unaffected by what others think. The ultimate fictional alpha male who is one of the best pop culture examples I have ever seen is James Bond. If you want a basic crash course in acting alpha go to the library and rent some Bond movies (Sean Connery is the best example).

What alpha comes down to is confidence, control and leadership. Nothing universally turns a woman on like confidence. The alpha male displays confidence in all situations and does so by his body language. This easily impresses women. Additionally, the alpha male is not only confident in all situations but portrays a relaxed attitude in every situation. It is important that you learn to display a comfortable attitude, especially around women. Whoever has the most confidence and exerts the most control will lead the group - the strongest reality dominates.

It's really complex and I don't want to try to give a simple explanation - I say this because I had people teach me things with "simple" explanations when I was younger; I never learned the subtleties of what I was being taught and often took things either too far or not far enough. Then I fucked up and people called me an ass or a loser. You need to understand it inside and out so you understand how alpha behavior works to be effective with it.

Alpha male, must show CONFIDENCE. Must be RELAXED. Must have a SMILE on his face. And he needs to be a LEADER.

90% of picking up a woman is only with your body language. 5% with your avatar and the other 5% is what you say to her.

Imagine yourself at the beach or a pool. Do you use a beautiful berm to catch their attention or wear a speedo no matter if you're not tanned or stong?
That's the point. You can pick up lots of girls wearing a speedo, so avatar is necessary, but not relevant.

Second, girls always have a gay friend which them can talk with. So talk is a good way to open conversation, show interest on her, but not even close from being the worthest thing to make girls be attracted to you.

So the body language is so much important than people realize. Practice those steps in front of a mirror. Once your body language is ok, people will pay more attention on you. That happened to me on HS..

I think all those examples are the basic ones. Eliminate you non-AM BL is the best way to get into the game.
