I personally think that they all are great openers, what does it matter if you rehearse it or not, as a waiter I repeat my corny jokes all the time( and people still find them to be funny), so a rehearsed opener is a good way to start a conversation. Think about it, your direct approach is still a opener.

The bank robber one is awesome, good shit man. I feel like some of the rest are a little too forward though.

I totally agree man; it’s all about the body language... I know guys who use these dental floss openers and crap, they get the girls attention but by the time they are done with the stupid conversation they look like a clown to a girl. I say make the openers short and different. I ask them the most random thing, like "hey what color is your squirt gun?" They always giggle at this one, cuz it’s stupid but fun and she knows right away that ur playful and ur just messing with her. LOL, reminds me of my buddy, he goes in to open sets and he gets so serious about his questions, like "hey my good friend died recently and his ex-girlfriend is hitting on me, what should I do?" Good opener I guess, but if you sound serious you can actually stress people out and end up crashing the set.
