But then I can't do anything from there. When I give a time constraint and talk for a few mins it feels like there waiting for me to go. Its like I open, run a few routines and they chat for a bit. But then what? Nothing seems to go anywhere after that. I end up talking about any random shit. Granted that I have only been out sarging 3 or 4 times. Any advice?

You still might be convening more interest than you think you are. What ever the case is, don't worry. You'll figure it out. If you get blown out of a set, just walk away and think about when you actually lost them, then try to correct that for the next set that your gonna open immediately after. Practice makes perfect my friend. Keep at it.
