I was at a party a couple of weeks ago, and saw a girl that I had a class with last semester. We ended up making out but I didn't get her number. I added her on facebook yesterday and today I have message that says "you have the same birthday as my brothers."

I think its just her way of starting a conversation but I don't know what to answer...
I'll look AFC if I laugh or ask a question about her brothers, so I don't want to do that. I'm thinking about writing something sarcastic or stupid (just about saying their lucky to be born on my day or something) but I dont know her that well. Maybe just discount what she said and just talk about something completely different?
