Hey guys, 16 from Vancouver.

I've read "The Game" and watched most of Mystery's show, but I'm pretty new so I'm still going to read more.

I've yet to try anything in the field, but tommorow some of my friends and I are going to a mall. We're gonna try to open some sets, maybe even number close if we're lucky.

Any advice?

I might as well post my question here i guess

ok so theres this new girl in my gym class from NY. I'm kinda shy when it comes to talking to girls, even when I do want to talk to her shes moving and always seems to have her Ipod on. Shes also very quiet anyway as she hasn't made too many friends as of yet. I try to talk to her at the end of class but it always seems the teacher or someone else is talking to her. Well when i do finally get a chance to talk to her I intend on starting with some small talk like

"How do you like it here So far?"
"How is this different from NY?"
etc

the thing is I don't really know where it would go from there. For example she may just give me very general answers and then I'll have nothing to say that interests her

so thats my problem
any advice is appreciated.

To be somewhat blunt, those just seem like boring everyday conversation.. like when you come home and someone asks you "How was your day".. "OK"

[I'm basing the rest of my answer on the assumption that you haven't talked to her yet... thats the impression i get from ur post]
If she has her ipod on all the time.. go up to her and say something like this..

you know, i've been meaning to introduce myself, but it seems like you're always listening to your ipod, and i didn't want to run the risk of interrupting a nasty hendrix [or other popular artist] guitar solo... im [your name].

Hi. 17, go to High School in NJ. I've been told I have pretty eyes multiple times, and I guess I a little above average looking. But I think that I am terrible with the ladies. I am just no good at starting or continuing converstations, even when the girl starts talking to me. Any hints?
