HaHa, I just thought of this approach that I'm gonna try later tonight.

You walk up to a set (preferrably 2 girls), you say to the one that you are interested in:

"Hey can I tell you a secret?"

"Your friend is really cute. I'll make you a deal. I'll play you in rock, paper, scissors. Best 2 out of 3 gets to keep her. Deal?"

She'll either play your game, or she'll just think that you're funny. Either way, it's an ice breaker. I'm gonna try it tonight if I go to the bar.

I like this, except for the fact that you are giving one of the girls too much value right off the bat. Remember, you're the prize.

Maybe switch it up like this:

"Hey guys can I tell you a secret?"
"I'm a master rock paper scissors player, and I want a challenge! Be honored!"
"Whoever wins gets to to take me home or buy me a drink "

Do it in such a way that you're not overdoing it lol

Hmm, good call about me being the prize and not them, but I'm not really feeling it when you put it that way. Maybe I'll give it a shot though. I'll try both ways on several different sets and see what happens.

How about this variation?

Approach your target with this same question..."I think your friend is hot" makes her start to think..WTF! Why am I not the "hot" one here?!

It also gives you a good chance to kino her with the game...make sure to throw paper so you can cover her hand when she throws rock!!!

Really, really like this one! Doesn't have to be an approach though, you can use it any time. And the idea to throw paper to get kino, perfect!

Actually, not that I think about it. What about using it as a stand alone opener? go up with high energy state that you want to get back to your group but have a sudden need to play rock paper scisiors. bound to start somethings if you can keep the energy.

i am not sure but you could use this as a betting opener if thers such a thing lol you could bring it up that your the rock paper champion you was on espn and won the national championship....(this is really a sport) i heard bob and tom talking about it...but ne wayz tell so i was thinking does this girl got game so how bout it you look like you could be good at this...if she says yes she would like to face you then bet her you will win 2 out of 3 times and if you do she buys you a drink and gives you her number if she wins you tell her youll buy her a drink and she gives up her number....if you worked this right it could be a great routine...im really not sure if my ideal could be a opner tho...what do you guys think?btw this is a awesome ideal

As pointed out before you should never give her too much value off the bat. I love this opener though. Especially the guy who said, "I'm a rock paper scissors champion and I challenge you". At the least it will be funny if nothing else. Remember this is your world and every one else is just here for your amusement.
