If I were you I'd work on my bantering skills and just AMOG the crap out of them. I'm a small guy but I can verbally destroy just about anyone... everyone is insecure about something and once you find it they will never risk pissing you off again. Just don't let it escalate to a physical level because that's a major DLV in the eyes of most women. If they get mad and want to hit you, bust on them for that too. "Oh, isn't that typical... big tough muscle head turns out to be poor baby that can dish it out but can't take it... you're such a cliche"

The best defense is a good offense IMO
