Hey guys I was walking down the street and these 2 girls were walking up. They were both quite cute and I think the blonde one notcied that I was looking at her for a few secs, (I try not to stare) and she flicked her hair, which caused her friend to do the same.

I know this happens often when girls are grouped together its like a chain reaction. Anyway the blonde one flicked her hair again as we got closer. Of course I didnt wanna be a ogler so I just made out like I was walking past and so did they.

So should I have opened? and what do you think their reaction to me would have been?

Mystery says to not open when they are walking in the other direction. Badboy doesn't care whatsoever, stops em, and goes for it.

i think thats so dumb about Mystery's not approaching a chick walking towards you. if you are on top of your game, and she gives u an IOI, i dont see why you shouldnt open her just because shes walking towards you. it must be a rule for extreme AFC's or PUAs that arent attractive. Even if you have excellent game, but are unattractive, the HB has the power to just keep walking. then if u chase after her ur gonna look like a fool

Yeah I see no reason not to try someone because there are walking towards you thats just stupid. I say don't block the're way but talk to them from sideways at first, if they don't open its ok but don't chase!

My rule of thumb is, if she's not with a guy bigger than me, and being his arm candy, then I can open her.

Thats a good a attitude Prez. I think the town where I live people are close minded and not trusting of each other. Granted this is a good idea to always open if you can, but I still have alot of concerns regarding how people will react where I live.

Granted if it was the USA where people are more outspoken I think I would have opened. But yeah in my town manners are in short supply and people here see friendlyness as a weakness they can exploit.

If you EVER doubt "Should I do X", you should do it. In this case you don't even have to take the consequences if you fuck up, so you have everythign to win and nothing to lose. Think out some good way to open walking sets in advance, so you don't have to do it on site (taking time etc).

Rapture, where the fuck are you from? You had an IOI staring you in the face and did jack-shit. I understand if you have AA, but if they are already interested that makes opening a whole lot easier.

I think there is a lot of merit to Mystery's "don't open when she's walking toward you" but he's assuming a cold canvas she's not interested, and not stopping.
Sounds like they WERE interested, and you probably could have stopped them.
