Yesterday I saw this cute girl on facebook with some mutual friends who goes to a nearby high school. I sent her an awesome opener and got a good response. Later I sent a second message that was sh*t, just terrible. Today I saw she didn't message back so I sent her a message saying it wasn't me that sent the second message and gave an excuse. I know I really f*cked this up but she didn't block me so should I friend request her, message her again, or just give up? I really don't wanna give up on this. I'm pretty new so any ideas or advice?
Indeed, like previous poster: never make excuses. people screw up, you screwed up, learn from it and move on. I do wonder how shitty the message was... did you insult her or something?
Next thing is very important: get the hell away from your computer! you will never make this mistake again. dont use stupid fake-face-book to create new contacts. Go out and create them in real life. Then add them to facebook for convenience.
This is PU you are trying to learn. Forget the fable of online gaming. As far as i am concerned, there is no online gaming. Think of what type of girls you are attracting online. Hot girls on facebook? that is no longer facebook: its called: popularity page, which is not valid to get to know people.
So what can you learn from this escapade?
1) dont make excuses, its cowardly.
2) dont use internet for gaming, i consider it cowardly as well
