I don't mean trying to get with her. That boat has sailed.

I mean how to you get your inner game back on track and psychologically reframe that? So you can be all calm and suave again?

Holy, "S," dude I just wrote a thread about negging. Keep in mind I wrote it and posted after you wrote this one, but I wrote it while you were posting this one; I was unaware of your post.

I don't think we have moved past it, in the sense of being cocky and funny is fun. You have fun with it they have fun with it. Busting someone's balls is funny and entertaining. It gives some back and forth. A good girl will give it just as good as you. In which case you give it to them, and tell them they got that give them a high five, some kino. It's play.

In my specific case, if she blew out, it was because my calibration was off. I fucked up. I didn't test her and slowly escalate so she'd know I was messing. And I just wasn't funny enough. I think being cocky and funny is a key part of being charming, without being a kiss ass, which is just fucking boring to you and her.

I won't change your mind at all. Reality is, you ticked someone of by something you did and you are going to do it again in the future. Personally, I live by the policy of, "I only make mistake once." But to each their own.

I think you may have crossed the line with your CF here. There's a fine line between being a prick and being the cocky funny guy.

There's no way to 'reframe' this. Simply admit you crossed the line. Apologize for it - you have a perfect kino opportunity here (hug, kiss on cheek, whatever).
