Why? Because we all know girls would lie to boost guys egos.

oh and also to bear in mind, if its so good, she is more likely to be lying there speechless with some kind of dazed expression on her face, unable to move her limbs or function in anyway for about 5 minutes, if she can still speak and remember her own name and all the other sex she's ever had, its not that good
