When i was 11 i could not read and write (learning disablity don't ask ) . One day a few bullies came and tried to take my case and when i somehow overpowered them they told me that i can never read and write . I fucking took this personally and in 4 months could read and write despite my disablity . What motivated me ? Negetive emotions
Till I was 14 I used to pass my exams on nothing but grace marks and writers . I was teased for that and took that personally and now i have the record in economics (highest in the college ) .
Well for most of my life i used to get ragged and now i rag the raggers .
These are some examples . I know these are small-things but because some people are just plainly unlucky they have to put in a huge amount of effort just to be like others . Imagine if you get these emotions into the game than what would happen
Nice. You sound like a worker but your examples above aren't really about 'negative emotions' are they? Sure, you might have been pissed off while those bullies shook you around but you probably didn't sit there figuring out how to read so you could somehow shake those bullies up with your reading prowess. I'm willing to bet that as you began your reading/writing odyssey, you probably enjoyed what you were doing; You were bettering yourself.
Just keep doing what you're doing. It seems to be working. But I really don't think there's any reason to be fixated on one emotion alone. You've moved beyond 'negative emotions' and you can't even admit to yourself. This is the nature of emotions. . . it's always flowing and evolving. If it didn't, I don't believe you could have progressed as you have.
Accept it . . . it's OK. You can be an INCREDIBLE person without any negative emotions at all. If what you wrote is true, in practice, you ALREADY do this. You already allow your emotions to evolve and transcend. Once you can truly admit this, I bet you will laugh, laugh, laugh, laugh . . .
I'm quite impressed with your history. . .
If you'd like to leverage your initial "negative emotions" towards the game . . . well, I bet you already know that you'll need to allow your initial emotions to transcend.
