They are audio recordings. You listen & say them aloud.
I think these will be extremely helpful.
I used their "love to exercise" affirmations and they worked great for me.
They really change your behavior.
The "Think Right Now" series has the best & most effective affirmations I've found anywhere.
Super Highly recommended.
