I disagree with this post! How do you know when a girl is free or not? (unless you have special powers). Why do you assume she's free or available late at night?

You can text a girl a long text and would still work like magic. It all depends on your mind set and what you text the girl. Don't make this complicated for some of us.

Well, I can tell just by reading subtext, not to mention you could always ask her what she is doing, if she is multi-tasking with groceries with her Mum and Dad, then it's safe to say I will wait till she is just hanging out with her phone after the shopping.

When a girl is brief and aloof, I will sense it is not a good time and hold my value.

I think he means the way she is responding. Is she responding slow ? Are her texts meaningful or are they dry as fuck ? The way Dragula finds out whether to keep texting her is to ask he what she is doing. If she is watching the latest episode of game of thrones, her mind will be on game of thrones and not on you . So it is safe to say to wait to text her until the episode is done.

Same with the example he said with groceries. She is out doing stuff. She may be at a concert, so she won't be on her phone so Dragula is saying to wait until she is in her pajamas or she is doing menial shit where she will respond to your texts more favorably. I answer texts in a more playful way if I am doing something boring or routine. Like when I am at work and there is downtime etc.

Just use some common sense. Texting a girl 'Tell me wat u wanna do 2 me' first thing in the morning is not gonna go well..
