What would you think if I called girls on the cellphone/telephone, instead of Facebooking or text-messaging them?

I am a bit interested in this because it eliminates that needing to wait for a response on text or Facebook. Also, it's more "personal" and gives both parties the chance to hear each other's voices.

In my personal experiences it works and it doesn't work. if shes comfortable about it great but on the other hand if shes not she'll be like "wtf" then you'll be listening to the awkward silence and crickets over the phone!

Best tip i can give you! keep messaging her back and forth and then one day message saying "hey i gotta drive somewhere can i call you while on my hands free in the car? or think up something where your hands are tied up. much easier approach

Honestly, IMO you want to keep the phone conversations short in the beginning. I learned its best to make calls only to set up dates. Your goal is to get her in the sack . You have to build sexual attraction and this can escalate much faster in person then over the phone. A quick 'alright so ill meet you at 9 over there, don't be late or ill spank you' kinda thing is what you wanna limit your phone calls to. This isn't a one size fits all though, especially if you've never met this girl in person yet, so before you build attraction, you'd obviously want to let her be assured you are not some creep and that she will be safe meeting you in person. Later on you can have the hour long talks once you've built chemistry, interests etc.

Always text before the call. That way, you have the subtext before you go for the call that she is going to pick up

People that call me up out of the blue whatever my circumstance, is just plain rude in my opinion. I let my parents get away with it but they are an exception but I usually have to mention that I will call them back

My secret is to use the voice recording feature. Thay way, they can still listen to it when it's convenient but it's a little unique. This works great especially for online-game because knowing each other's voice is a nice next step from the dating platform which has been all text based

I personally text before i call. I only call to figure where this girl parked if it is the day of the date.


I do have phone chats occasionally but depends on the girl.

Depends on how old the girl is. 25 and under? I only text. And i still prefer to text older girls, because the goal is to meet up not chat. However, I find they will call instead of texting when they really want to hang out after having a couple drinks with friends.


I save the phone calls for situations where the tone is being confused in text, where i know she's mad, and I can modulate her mood by presenting a cool, calm masculine voice, or I'm out of town.
