Hey.The thing is that when I am chatting, I become a different person, I try to hard to keep her interested in the conversation and I am scared as f*** that she will lose interest and become bored. In trying to do that I sometimes so stupid things, like asking her weird questions or shit like that. I lost many girls like this. What is the problem here and how can i remedy this? Thank you.

Simply by realizing they aren't there to kill or eat you. Your mind is overreacting to your own negative input.
