My friend, lets call him Matt....was an average guy...got his girls here and there....works in pharmaceutical's so he is doing okay for himself since he has his own apartment. Now, he got himself an 8-9 HB. But one drunken night he admitted that he felt this girl was out of his league yadda yadda. I tried to talk him out of that mindset but did not happen.
Two weeks later I was bored so I went with my friend to meet up with Matt and his girlfriend at a bar. It was a good time, but as the night went on, his girlfriend and I got engaged in a nice conversation along with my friend that I brought (he is a guy). It was a good conversation, but Matt did some chode moves and put his hand on her lap while she was talking to us. I guess he felt left out? We were at a bar and sitting so I describe this situation as this 0=my friend and I and X equals Matt O OX

But as the night went on this girl got a little bit more tipsy and a little bit more playful at one point she was like throwing chips at my mouth, and was trying to make me eat them.... a game I didn't see coming lol. At the end of the night my friend and I decided it was time to go and as I was leaving and giving Matt a see ya later bud hug, here comes his girlfriend "oh hey Mr. A, don't I get a goodbye hug!".
My friend is losing his touch

, and I don't want him to see me as an enemy...what do I do here? I climb up the ladder of game while he is slipping.
P.S. recently, on a boys night out this guy called the girl 10 times in one day...she came to pick his drunk ass up and she was like "you called me like 10 times today and it was just to say hi..."
I tried to help by telling her, please forgive him, he's a little drunk...
