a lot of guys (including me) fail to recognize when a girl likes them.

I feel bad when I see a girl flirting with a guy, and the guy not responding. it just burns my heart. I dont know if I should write a note "hey, she likes you" and casually hand it to him? what do you do in these situations? mind your own business?

I think it would be nice if someone did that for me. I would not mind, I would actually be grateful. but i am not sure how other guys feel about this.

Actually, not every guy is not responding, because he doesn't know it. Some guys are just not attracted in girls who flirt with them. Also there are situations when girl is looking for attention, and that's why she flirts. It's easy to be recognized, when a girl is flirting with all the guys of the set.
So, about your question. When i recognize that girl is flirting with friend of mine, i just whisper it on his ear, or making him signs that she is interested in him and so on. If the guy is frozen, shy or has no attend to seduce her or do anything with her, it's helpless. I just leave him to screw what he could have.
One of the things i've learned in my life, that is very important in understanding people is "Don't help anybody, that doesn't need or want your help." Trying to keep that rule i feel more happy

Read up on indicators of interest. It can be fairly obvious when a girl shows signs she's interested...but other times it might be a little harder if she plays hard to get. I assume interest...not really waiting to see if she likes me or not...I want to see if I like her....then just go in for the kill. Call it a day.
