im new, i just broke up with my gf of 5 years almost 6 years, we are still communicating, i want to get her back but after reading stuff here i think i dont want to get her back, but rather i am afraid to be alone. I could never know the answer if she was the one or im just afraid if i dont test out other girls or dating. Hey i was at the same stage as you are now about 2 years ago. I broke up with my girlfriend who I have been together with for about 4 years. I know that it feels weird at the beginning and I won#t lie to you. The beginning will be tough but I can tell you from my own experience that it is totally worth it.

Start with reading different articles and try to apply some easy things. In case you are afraid to strangers you can start with approaching strangers and ask them for them time and the direction. Then you can do the same thing with girls you are attracted to. Thereby you will build more and more routine and confidence in talking to stranger till it will be easy for you to go up to a girl and give her a compliment.

Id recommend reading The Game by Neil Strauss which is a good general read of his life in the Pick up community going from AFC to Master PUA, theres also some great tips in there.

Mystery method is also a great book for general tips. Id recommend some stuff on body language and persuasion as well such as How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie. Theres a great sticky on the forum with info for newbies which gives you some great ideas for books to read.

I also found Style (Neil Strauss') Annihilation Method online which i found really helpful, taking you though a whole routine, from opening to demonstrating higher value, to escalating, to kino to kiss close etc.

thanks Class_PUA, i am currently reading the game by neil strauss and have a second book which is the Rules of the Game by niel strauss also a 31 day challenge. I will try your advice on mystery method and books about body language. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I just started reading both those books also, they've already started changing my life. I opened about 20 girls earlier and got several phone numbers and I'm only on Chapter 4 of "the Game."
