Well i was thinking about something like this also but i really got an idea how to handle it:
A former girlfriend of me (just a friend) was a girl from the first look definately a 9-10. Gorgeous, blonde, tall etc. but she had a big (really big) mole on her forearm. The first time i met her, i was stunned for the first 5 seconds but after my eyes saw her mole, the situation completely changed. I instantly thought "i bet she has self-esteem problems with that as fuck" and how unattractive i find it.
And this is really the key i guess: Find something about her what "pisses you of" or is not perfect. And when she is that perfect imagine she hes a big mole on her butt or whatever. I think this really helps to calm down when you are confronted with her beauty.
What do you think?

That has worked for me in the past... Got turned off from a girls laugh (lol), voice or another girl who had hairy arms (ew)... But this girl has a BANGING body, super gorgeous and so many great qualities... I don't know what I can find about her just yet that'll turn me off a bit...
She seems really interested, probably because I am pretty successful and have my shit together + physically fit... She is my age, the younger girls I dated didn't care for all that much, mainly liked me based on the physical stuff... Just don't want to fck this up because of neediness... Best way I know really how to deal with it is to have options but none compare...
