I don't want to bore you with details so this will be short.

I noticed the target working at a retail shop I was in. I went back the next day and approached and started a conversation. She remembered me from yesterday and we talked afc style for a bit. She gave me a couple IOIs (to my surprise). When it was time to go I asked how we could continue this converstaion. She told me I need to come back and buy something. Smile and some exiting conversation then I walked out.

What do I do? I missed an opp. to neg but I still think is salvagable but I'm clueless.

Hmmm maybe by asking her how to continue you passed the control to her.

I dont think you missed your opp from what it sounds but when you go back in dont buy anything. Instead figure out some way to get control back and take her out of her saftey enviornment of the work place.

Maybe something like "Im not gunna buy anything from this place with service like this" - sorta a neg but atleast you woulda had the ball in your court.

Born2Play is right i would not buy anything (unless you happen you go there and get something you needed), you do need to hit her some NEG and get the ball back into your court, but anyhow it sounds like you trying to flirt with the manager of the store To me the best way to go about this is to go back when the business is slow, walk around and pretend that you trying to find something, make your approach to her in a playful body language and tell her something like "this is poor customer service, I can't get no help from you today huh?...man i think i need to report you" and hit her with a wink and smile. By doing so she will give you a healthy feed back of IOI and you will be back in control. Holla back @ your bowy, and let me know how it works.

Well I am really earning my title as KingofAfc's. I happened to be at the mall and decided to give it another shot. Before attempting this girl I wanted to warm up. I sarged a different one at a different location. It went fairly well. No # close but the DHV and conversation went well but it took longer than expected.
It was closing time as I hurried back to my target. Right when I got there I spotted her but they were closing the doors for the nite. My first thought was "walk away." But then the AFC in me came out and I tapped on the glass and waved, hahhahahaha, LOL, I think I am beyond help. She looked, recognized, smiled then walked away. No IOI! I didn't get a wave or her coming to the door to say hi. I think it's stalled out. I am staying away from the mall for at least 2 weeks, if I ever return.

Oh man, I was laughing just thinking about the scene of you tapping on the glass and waving. I'm sorry, and I wish I could give you some advice though.
Next time, in a couple of weeks, just pass by, seem playfully upset that she didn't acknowledge you, and tell her that you find her pretty interesting, but don't have much time. Tell her about this great party/show/galery or whatever you think she might be into, and invite her over. Finish of "I'm sure you're manager is not cool with you hitting on the customers here, and I got to run anyways, so what do you say?"
Give it a shot, or otherwise you're turning into a orbiter or a stalker.

hahaha, yep, it was that funny and pathetic. And I don't care if I'm made fun of for it. I deserve the abuse, LOL!

But some good did come of it. I realized that I am going to be a rich succesful master PUA..... sort of. Let me explain. I'll charge huge sums of money and have my students watch what I do in the field. Once I'm done sarging, I go back to my group of students and say "Ok, now go do the exact opposite of everything I just did!!!!!" I will be the greatest teacher of all time!

That's not a bad idea man. Everyone talks about Crash and Burn, but nobody will display it in the field.

Anyways, I think its cool that you can look back and laugh at it. Everyone here has been an afc (and some are still recovering, like myself) at one point, and its lessons like these that make us that much better down the road. Eventually we will all be expert pua's and we can laugh about all the stupid afc mistakes we made once upon a time.

First the bad news: by tapping on the glass you've massively DLV'd yourself to this girl. As in, stalker alert.

Good news: You had balls enough to tap the glass to get her attention. Many AFC's would never have had the nerve to do that. Just read up on some game and redirect that energy.
