Focus more on making friends, being social, and having fun.

Acquire the resources and status, and then all the girls will come. That is basically how Fraternities do it. Everyone pulls their money together, they brothers get a sick house, a shit ton of booze, and throw amazing parties. Membership gains you access to an exclusive social network, hence status. In the end, the brothers never have to worry about getting girls, or gaming them.
College is about social hierarchy, you got to be the leader of the pack to get the girls. Status goes a long way.
