Well they say begin with the end in mind, so here goes:

I'd appreciate pointers on making sure a bar/club pickup ends at her place. Let's just say I'm too old for roommates so that doesn't work and I think it sounds lame anyway.

I don't like the idea of prebooking a hotel when it might not be needed, but it's a plan B. I hate rack rate but maybe there's a game to be made out of picking out a place together.

Maybe this is the wrong track but I see it as:

- she's buzzed and so driving her home or a cab ride is no big deal. If she's not but it's schlep going home or whatever, I'd have to build a lot of trust beforehand.

- I play up being more buzzed than I am so that I can't drive home and don't want to leave my car, so a hotel becomes a natural idea.

Anyway, there might be a million other situations where you don't want to bring her home.
It's good to have a game plan here whatever your situation.

Bonus would be to let her in on the secret/find out if she has her own secret, but this is getting off topic.

Some C&F or deadpan something/bust on her on it to see her reaction:
- need a sugar mommy, living in my car, just got out of prison
- if i take you home, the wife/gf will think it's the threesome is all about her/just want this to be all about you. Or escalate and just start walking her towards a random girl, then backoff as if you have a signal like she's not into her or she's going home with someone else.
- we/she's religious/can't use birth control, have 9 kids. she's climbing the walls for me but i'll go broke, or she's so stretched out that another would split her in half.
- i'm afraid you'll sneak out after you've had your way with me/need someone who'll be there for me

I think if it sounds like an excuse or in response it's going to send up a red flag.
Maybe if you bring it up first or even work it in earlier then it's already in her mind and can't turn into a dealbreaker at the end.
