And most importantly, any ideas for great conversation starters with the three second rule that can always be used without having to think of conversation before you go in for the kill?

Also, it demonstrates confidence to the girl because you didn't wait long after eye contact to start talking to her.
You should always be prepared with something to say when you approach a girl. I'm not saying study a canned opener and recite it, I'm saying just go up to her without hesitation and a strong confident frame and start gaming.
If you need help with opening, there are a bunch of posts dedicated to improving that aspect of your game. Check out the "Approaching and Opening" forum. _________________ It really doesn't matter as long as she's pretty.
