Recently I'm traveling in Japan. The situation is that I came to Japan alone and I have no friends here so I pretty much have to rely on metting people in hostels. People comes and goes. Sometimes I have company sometimes I don't. What I realized is that generally things go much much easier when I have company. Not necessary a wingman. when I hang with a buddy I can easily approach open and run game smoothly. Prob having someone to hang with me helps me to lose myself abit. But when I go to bar alone I always feel not so confident and can't really run a decent game. I guess when people are alone in pubs tey always look like a wiredo. especially when people are in a foreign country. But sometimes it's just not so easy to find someone to hang with you. So any suggestion?

Unless you can find a good wing it is better to go out solo. I personally have not found a good wingman and last saturday I decided to recruit a wingman from the bar...unfortunately, his ass couldn't stop talking and the set started to drift away. Lol. Seriously, work on your game by yourself and make it sick.


Besides, it is fun talking to everyone at the bar and making them all your wingmen. I even had the bartender giving me some shout outs. Trust me, unless your wing can handle himself socially, he will only slow you down if you want to get good at picking up women.

To go out solo means to have balls. And you are truly going for what you want. And you are more focused. And you know what has to be done and you do it. That's what going out solo does to you. You will just go go go no stopping. So yes it is one of the best, if not the best ways to learn this.

thanks for the advice. one more question, how to avoid spending money in bar??? usually the first dilemma i face when i get into a bar is that should i buy drinks??? its so expensive ;(( but no drinks = no fun

Solo + sober game is how youll get good

Well the way I did it was by like I said, befriending everyone in that bar regardless of age, race, height, attractiveness or any other factor that would stop you from talking to them. For me last Satursday, I talked to the bartender and showed genuine interest in his life and I eventually got a couple of free drinks here and there during the night. Also, talking to other patrons at the bar, if you gamed them well, they will also help you out if they see your drink is low. Like I said, it is up to you to make shit happen, so go out solo and watch your social skills increase. As for alcohol, you don't really need to drink that much and you should focus on using natural confidence but that is just my opinion...hope I helped somehow.
