Everyone has been in the position my mate has been in and he is a good mate so he deserves to have support from me. Normally I would tell people like this to fuckoff but he's a good guy and was always there for me in the past.

So basically a year and a half ago my mate meets this girl at his new job and he pretty much vanishes off of any radar to spend all his time with him. This is a PUA turned AFC purely because he thought this girl was the "one."

Anyway A year and a half later, I return from uni and he sends me a text to meetup. I meetup with him down the pub. He then proceeds to explain that this girl dumped him 2 days ago (THE DAY BEFORE XMAS EVE) AND tells him that she has been fucking someone else...IN HIS BED.

So obviously I pull out the obvious PUA tactics to get over this girl. I told him to get new bed sheets, delete her from his life and to move on. I tell him that every morning when he wakes up he needs to look in the mirror and constantly tell himself that he deserves better then that and that she is a whore. He agrees and we proceed to get drunk...

...Then she texts him, he shows me

Her: Hey...It's christmas tomorrow and I don't want to be alone...It would be good to see you

Obviously I go with "mate come on, she deserves to be alone. The girls a fucking slut, she can't have it both ways. You need to be the one to show her this I'm afraid." he listens but then proceeds to text her back without showing me what it is. After a while he tells me

Him: Okay babe...I can't wait xx

I just roll my eyes as its proper AFC shit after a girl has treated you THAT badly. I try to explain to him more but he just wants to get drunk.

Is there anyway I can help him? what would you guys say or do in this situation as he does properlly love her and has stated

Him: She cheated on me with another guy in my bed yet if she told me tomorrow she wanted me back I would go straight away.

tell him to use this girl as a cum bucket and that is it. Once he is done draining his tool he should leave her and spend Christmas with people who actually give a rats ass about him. Remind him of her flaws and watch him subconciously destroy his "beliefs" about this girl. Just keep reminding him every single day until he gets it. I mean he was in love with this girl for a year in a half...it won't be so easy to get over her. Remind him until he accepts reality and finally lets her go. In the meantime, encourage sex and that leaving right after the deed is done. Because he isn't going to stop communicating with her just like that after a lengthy relationship.

Good advice man, cheers for this. I'll definitely try and do this with this guy. It's just weird and bizarre especially with him as back in the day when I hung around him A LOT this guy was the king of pulling within our friend group.
