There is not. So why tell her in the first place? You're just busy every time she wants to fuck, pure coincidence. If she presses the issue, you say that you are interested in someone else.

Normally I would not have a problem, but I like this girl and value her as a friend. So I still want to hang out and stuff, it's just seems impossible to tell a girl that you're not sexually attracted anymore without hurting their feelings.

Just tell her you guys have been hooking up too much and you want a break for -insert reason here-. I did it with one of my fuck buddies and we never fucked again for awhile because she was mature enough to handle it. She eventually found another guy to satisfy her needs. We are still friends to this day and did all that hanging out and sharing marshmellows or whatever you are into ^. Don't tell her you aren't sexually attracted to her anymore...if you don't want to hurt her feelings.
