reading PUA books

hey guys
is it reallly possible to become a PUA by reading some books and apply what you learn from them?
or do you have to go to seminars, and get private lessons in order to become a PUA?

Everything is possible, but to be good you have to practise! Does not help reading a book without interacting with girls.
