Girls you like but also friends and such. I can do some things like playing the piano but it has never come in handy.

Value doesn't mean look at me I can do something, +1 point for me. No value is more than that, being confident, being congruent, talking about passionate things like for example I talk about soccer, acting/comedy, my business I own.

That shows value, and if you are passionate and it comes off as such it isn't bragging, a musician that owns a platinum record could come off like a douche if he is bragging, but if he shows how much he cares, the work he put into it, you see a passionate person who truly cares about his life choices, not that is attractive and has value.

How do you add value? Be yourself, stop trying to impress others. There are enough dimwitted fake persons scurrying about out there, being yourself will set you apart from most.

Let's be honest. Value is a very straightforward thing. It's being good looking, being desireable, being popular, being talented, having money, having influence, having friends and fans. Every aspect of our lives has some sort of value associated with. And a HIGHER value is simply a better manifestation of it. What is higher value when it comes to looks? Looking like a model instead of an average joe. Wearing a suit instead of cargo shorts. What is higher value when it comes to your social life? Hanging out at nice restaurants and bars instead of the bowling alley. When it comes to your social network? Having wealthy friends instead of drugged out skater kids who come over to play on your xbox everyday.

Don't think that value is only in your mindset and within your inner game, because it's more than just that. It is in many ways the physical manifestation of how people perceive you.
