How can I move this dialouge forward without seeming needy?

She's a girl Ive slept with before found her on a dating site lol she replied to my last message with just nice!

Any tips appreciated :D

you fucked it up imo, anything you say now is going to sound needy.
I might have said something right away like: just kidding, I'm so lonely.(she will question which part is a lie), I love doing this when I can be honest and just say I've been with other girls, but confuse her by joking about it.
I would have followed that up by asking her to hang out soon.
