This happened to me few times already and I'm not sure how to react to it.. I don't like compliments from girls for some reason. If I get them I just think " What the fuck does she want from me?" Yeah a little homophobic.. Anyway, I'm gaming a girl at a party and everything is going smooth.. Escalating, negging and just being funny..I can tell from the signs the girls are attracted.
First scenario: A girl joins the conversation and asks are you guys dating? You look great together. The other girl didn't hear what she said as the club was packed and there was a lot of people of noise.. I tell her we are not and she like insists to ask the question again.. The girl get that awkward weird face on and she excuses herself to see her friends few seconds later.. I reacted to that by saying: Oh, no we are already engaged and just laughed it off..
2nd scenario: A girl from my classes joins the conversation and starts saying how great guy i am, how funny, how bla bla bla.. So the girl im gaming gets that weird face on and the conversation gets weird and she leaves and sees her friends.. The girl from my classes started hugging me and telling me im amazing. (hb 4 maybe so i didn't really want to game her or anything). I still made out with the girl i was gaming later on but I think i should have handled the situation in a different way.

What are your thoughts about this? How would you handle it? Girls love to do that for some reason and probably they think they are winging me but in reality they are not.

if she is a friend of the girls, then just address her as a cockblock.

"Oh that's awesome, you are doing the cockblock thing because you think i am trying to pick up your friend, that is so cute!

She will either qualify herself or stay in the conversation and look like a loony.

I understand what you guys are saying and normally I would say something along those lines. The first girl that asked if we were together she actually got closer to my target to make sure she hears the question.. While for the other girl, the more compliments she was saying I could see the target's face become weirder LOL.. I just remembered what i said here! I told them: " oh look how cute she is trying to sell me here!" and then just smiled
