now with another girl should i just keep flirting and giving out signs or say iam attracted to her and i like her ?

Personally I much rather speak with my body than words. You don't have to verbally spell it out for her if you can escalate physically. Plus if she shies away from it you can try again later whereas if you she rejects you verbally its game over.
Verbal - social fluff, humor, rapport
Physical - sexual tension, escalation, seduction

If you said it like, "I like you, we should hang out." That is more of friendly way of putting it
From what you're describing, sounds like you said it in a romantic way like she's your girlfriend already, which is too soon and will instantly destroy the attraction as you said without here actually knowing you.
I say "I like you all" the time in the beginning but casually and non-pushy go immediate get the girl in bed, than later if that I say it less but show it...and that's where the romantic feelings come in.
