Well yeah, they pretty much do know. You are staring at them so it's hard to say they aren't.

Just don't look down or away when they look back at you. Show some confidence, but don't look like a fiend when staring either.

This is no joke. The hottest women and the most time I have been successful is by doing this. I will straight up and stare at a women, stop look her up and down, smile at her and ask her name. You will get a response and it's never negative, it's either yea I want you or she will smile and say wouldn't you like to know and keep walking.

Also do you fucking know when someone is staring you down?
