I read that post of RetiredRodeo about the girl he sent home and was quite intrigue by his frame so I did an experiment today. I haven't f-closed her, this is a phone conversation we had earlier. We were talking about what I would do to her if she doesn't behave and I told her I would have to spank her.

That was textbook

- forceful but no aggression
- calm but with impact
- assertive, you defined your parameters and stuck by them
- enforced your value whilst avoiding the temptation to brag
- you said what needed to be said with no further justification or explanation, less is more


A strong frame is everything. This is my world, my theme park of a life. Get on board and you'll have more thrills than you have ever had. Though remember to observe the ride's rules.

And it stayed excellent from there. Way to go. If a tenth of the other members on this forum could handle themselves like you did instead of throwing a tantrum and trying to prove "Grunt, grunt. No, I'm biggest guy in da world!", then this forum would would be a veritable Mecca. Sigh, oh well.
