I've been through this multiple times and always ended up fucking the girls. They just don't want to feel like a slut, but in their head, they're already thinking about having sex with you, that's why they said it.

What I usually do is instead of trying to reason with her, I flip it around with "Cute. you're already thinking about having sex with me" with an evil grin. Or just ignore it like I didn't hear it and proceed to do something fun. Pillow fights, silly dancing, cold reading, etc... Just have fun and don't let what she said affect you. Then later on escalate, it'll trick her mind into thinking this sex is spontaneously happening, she's not slutty.

I personally would do it this way (not saying follow, just want to give my example). If you haven't even kissed yet, make that your first and utmost priority.
