He just drilled the crap out of her with questions; asked for the number/date, got rejected multiple times, then forced her to say yes so she wouldn't be embarrassed or harassed anymore.
I'm sorry some people think this is pua "game" - walk up to any girl infront of a crowd, talk to her, and ask for her number until she says yes; you'd be surprised how many times you'll get it; and how everytime you'll never get a date

she says "what do you do?" then he asks her number, then she asks him more questions...you're way off man + you know, her mother was just there... not really a lot of time time to "game" properly.

That means at first he didn't get her number, that's something called "rejection" my friend (or LMR, last minute rejection); just because she didn't say "no" doesn't mean he didn't fail
women almost never tell a guy "no"; ask a woman with no rapport and no gaming if she'll give you her number, I can almost guarantee you she will NOT just say "no", and that's just asking for it for no reason and no attraction (if you don't believe me I'm really serious, just try it on one girl)
if the guy in the vid is you I don't mean to offend, just point out what I see as mistakes.
Also "gaming properly" doesn't take a half hour, it doesn't even take 20 minutes (that's how long a full DATE might take probably, but getting the number?), half the time I can get a girls number without rejection in 7-10 minutes; and from what I saw the mom did absolutely nothing to stop or inhibit the person; so to me it looked like she wasn't even there

Dude the mother is clearly impatient and walks away, the girl is clearly interested and stays in, asking questions. Don't be a hater man. A girl that asks questions (where are you from, how long do you stay) is NOT just giving her number to be polite + she can ALWAYS go into "I have a BF defense". Man, I don't want to be an ass but clearly you're seeing what you want to see.

I bet she only gave him number to get rid of him. Look at her body language, it was sort of open as first, but he kept go on and on. At one point, she crossed her legs and put her hand in front of her. And that was a really fail move to not engaging the mom. He was lucky that she didn't cockblock him. There was no attraction whatsoever, she was just in her autopilot mode.

His tone was great. It was very seductive and comforting. She was very responsive. Sometimes it's ok to ask a lot of questions, depending on how responsive she is. He showed a lot of confidence in his mannerism. I don't see anything wrong with this pick up at all.

There was no connection built but due to the circumstances ( mother) I'd still say this was a decent pick up.

From what I gather this is a 2 set, so for a better chance of success you have to engage the mother too. Clearly this guy has no game and relies on his looks to much to notice where he's fucking up.

I know this guy personally and he has a shit load of game. Show me where he didn't have success, she was with her mother and had to leave, he still secured her digits and has the opportunity to seduce her in the near future. How is that not success?

He stated his interest, build rapport, secured the digits with the predication of another encounter. How is that not game? He never gave her any indication of just being friendly, if they meet again, the seduction will be in play.
